What is the 75 Hard challenge?
75 Hard is a 75-day mental toughness program with six daily tasks: two 45-minute workouts (one outdoors), a diet you choose and follow with no cheat meals or alcohol, a gallon of water, ten pages of non-fiction, and a progress photo. The defining rule is that there are no partial days — miss any task and you go back to Day 1.
Why the restart rule matters
The program works because it removes negotiation. You are not deciding each day whether the tasks are worth it; you already decided on Day 0. This tracker enforces the same rule: if a day passes without completion, it tells you to restart.
Who it is and is not for
75 Hard suits people who do better with rigid rules than flexible intentions. If you are coming back from injury or burnout, a 30-day challenge with one discipline is the smarter start.
